Traveling Peddler

A wandering merchant who appears in a random biome for 30 minutes every four hours, sells three things, and leaves. Everyone in the world sees the same three on any given day, and every account may buy each of them once per day. The tracker below names the zone the cart is in and the zone it turns up in next — never the spot, so you still have to walk the map and find it.
