What it is

You need Book Mastery 1 to equip it.
Tradeable with other players; sells to general merchants for 10 gold each.
How to get it
Craft it at the Smithing Table (SmithHouse) with Smithing 1 from 2 Bronze Bar.
What it's for
While equipped it gives +13 Ability Power, +34 Max Mana, +2.2 Mana Regen and +6 Ability Haste.
