What it is

You need Book Mastery 5 to equip it.
Tradeable with other players; sells to general merchants for 16 gold each.
How to get it
Craft it at the Smithing Table (SmithHouse) with Smithing 5 from 2 Iron Bar.
What it's for
While equipped it gives +16 Ability Power, +40 Max Mana, +2.6 Mana Regen and +6 Ability Haste.
