What it is

You need Book Mastery 15 to equip it.
Tradeable with other players; sells to general merchants for 60 gold each.
How to get it
Craft it at the Smithing Table (SmithHouse) with Smithing 35 from 2 Mithril Bar.
What it's for
While equipped it gives +26 Ability Power, +68 Max Mana, +4.1 Mana Regen and +6 Ability Haste.
