It is a reward from the quests The Bandit Captain, The Fungal Heart, The Goblin Chief, Cut the Heart, Break the Cage, The Sovereign Below, Leave the Crown, The Fuel Lock and The Thing It Was Built to Run. It drops from Malacor, the Sun-Eater (12%), Ossuran, Kindled and Cold (8.0%) and Anubis, Weigher of Hearts (6.0%), plus 14 other creatures listed below.
