How to get it
Fillet raw fish with the Fillet Knife: each of the 16 kinds of raw fish gives 2 bait.
What it's for
Load it into a Bottomless Bait Bucket. While you keep fishing the same spot, every catch after the first spends one bait and adds 2% Fishing XP, up to +40% after 20 catches in a row. Moving away, switching spots, stopping or running out of bait resets it.
