Arkenelle
Hearth Stew
A sealed crock, still hot, from a fire that is nowhere near here. Nobody has got the Peddler to explain this one.
What it is
A Traveling Peddler good. Use it from your bag. 15 minutes of +1.5 HP per second and +5% movement speed. The healing only ticks out of combat. The speed lapses while you are fighting and returns when you disengage, without the timer pausing. A second bowl refreshes the 15 minutes rather than stacking.
Cannot be traded.
How to get it
The Traveling Peddler sometimes carries it for 2,500 gold — one per account per day.
