Special: 35% on hit: heals you for 75% of the hit.
You need Bow Mastery 35 to equip it.
Tradeable with other players; sells to general merchants for 105 gold each.
How to get it
Craft 10 at a time at the Fletching Bench (SmithHouse) with Fletching 84 from 10 Headless Arrow and 10 Obsidian Arrowheads.
