A sickle for Farming. Equip it in your weapon slot, then click a herb patch to work it. Requires Farming 5.
It has gather power 2 (each swing does this much work on the node, so higher means fewer swings per yield) and +5% chance to get an extra resource on each yield.
Tradeable with other players; sells to general merchants for 28 gold each.
How to get it
Craft it at the Smithing Table (SmithHouse) with Smithing 5 from 2 Iron Bar. Buy it from Mira in SmithHouse for 35 Gold.
