It has gather power 2 (each swing does this much work on the node, so higher means fewer swings per yield) and +7% chance to get an extra resource on each yield.
Tradeable with other players; sells to general merchants for 55 gold each.

Craft it at the Smithing Table (SmithHouse) with Smithing 15 from 2 Steel Bar.
