What it is

A Sword weapon. Equip it from your bag; kills made while wielding it train your Sword Mastery, and your Sword Mastery decides which of its abilities you can use.

You need Sword Mastery 2 to equip it.

The Goblin Chief gives it on turn-in if you hand it in holding a weapon of this style. It drops from Goblin Chief (5.0%).
