How to get it
Craft it at the Ascended Workbench (SmithHouse) with Smithing 70 from 3 Tempest Leather and 1 Tempest Gem. It drops from Anubis, Weigher of Hearts (2.0%). It is in the clear rewards of Sunken Sands (Normal and Hard).

While equipped it gives +158 Attack Damage, -5 Move Speed and +5 Ability Haste.
