It is a reward from the quests The Sovereign Below, Bone and Shard, Leave the Crown, The Fuel Lock and The Thing It Was Built to Run. It drops from Malacor, the Sun-Eater (80% ×8–16), Ossuran, Kindled and Cold (80% ×8–16) and Anubis, Weigher of Hearts (50% ×3–6). It is in the clear rewards of Sunken Sands (Normal and Hard).
